A bicyclist merges into the narrow space between the parked cars and standing traffic. He could be doored from either side. Safe bicycle speed in the narrow space is 5 mph or less. Apparently, the parking is to be removed and the bike lane continued, but at present, the way the bike lane ends here is quite odd.
